Selected conference posters, scientific visualisation and presentation design in cancer biology, epithelial plasticity, and single-cell genomics

This page presents selected conference posters and scientific presentation materials developed during my doctoral and postdoctoral research. These posters combine experimental biology, computational multi-omics, and scientific visual communication to summarise complex biological processes including epithelial plasticity, tumour initiation, extracellular matrix remodelling, and stem cell reprogramming.

My work involved both the scientific analyses and the complete visual design of the posters, including figure composition, data integration, graphical summaries, and scientific storytelling for international conferences and academic meetings.

Innate immunity and NF-κB signalling control prostate stem cell plasticity and tumour initiation

This poster summarises our work investigating how inflammatory signalling and NF-κB activation regulate prostate basal stem cell plasticity and lineage reprogramming during tumour initiation following Pten deletion.

Using lineage tracing, single-cell transcriptomics, chromatin accessibility profiling, and functional perturbation approaches, we identified inflammatory and innate immune signalling programmes associated with epithelial reprogramming and tumour competence.

Collagen signalling and matrix stiffness regulate multipotency in glandular epithelial stem cells

This poster explored how extracellular matrix composition and tissue stiffness regulate stem cell multipotency and epithelial lineage plasticity in mammary gland and prostate tissues.

Through integrative analyses combining organoid systems, single-cell transcriptomics, lineage tracing, and perturbation experiments, this work demonstrated that collagen signalling and extracellular matrix stiffness promote transient hybrid epithelial states and epithelial reprogramming through Integrin–FAK–AP1 signalling.

Scientific communication and poster design

Beyond the biological analyses themselves, these posters were designed to communicate complex multi-omics datasets and developmental trajectories through clear visual organisation, schematic summaries, and publication-style figure integration.
